    霍尼韦尔智能家居系统尤其考虑到了业主在家庭生活安心安逸方面的需求。HRIS-1000系列单户型智能家居系统支持16个有线防范区域和8个无线防范区域，可连接红外（幕帘）探测器、门窗磁、煤气探测器、火灾探测器、震动探测器，玻璃破碎探测器等多种探测器用于事件提醒和节能监测，并配备紧急按钮和无线遥控器，方便住户一键调整离家/回家模式和紧急求助。一旦有事件发生，业主就会立即收到系统通过电话向手机发出的语音提醒或者email，被清楚告知发生何种事件，是“有小偷入侵”、“着火了”、“煤气泄漏”还是“紧急状况”，方便时间通知物业前往家里察看或采取其他行动。
